What Certiva is

Certiva sells access to original, independently written practice tests for professional certification exams. Certiva is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Cisco, CompTIA, Snowflake, Databricks, VMware, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, IAPP, DAMA International, or the Cloud Native Computing Foundation. Passing a Certiva practice test does not confer any official vendor credential.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us right away at contact if you suspect unauthorized access.

What a purchase gives you

Buying a practice test grants you a personal, non-transferable license to sit that exam online and review its explanations for your own study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publish the questions, explanations, or PDFs, in whole or in part.

Payments

Prices are shown in INR; any other currency shown is an approximate conversion for your convenience only — the amount actually charged is the INR price, processed by Razorpay or PayPal. See the refund policy for cancellations.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to bypass payment or access controls, scrape or bulk-download content, share your account, or use Certiva to build a competing question bank.

Disclaimer

Certiva practice content is written for conceptual study and is provided “as is,” without a guarantee that it matches any specific version of a vendor’s official exam. We work to keep content accurate but do not guarantee an exam outcome.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including sharing purchased content. You can stop using Certiva at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
